2. Use License

Aeroview grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services for your internal business purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, sublicense, or reverse engineer any part of the Services or associated content.

3. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Aeroview—including datasets, software, and documentation—is the intellectual property of Aeroview or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

4. Restrictions on Use

• Reproduce, republish, distribute, or sell any part of the Services or datasets except as expressly permitted;
• Use the Services to operate a commercial data service or distribute derivative products to third parties;
• Circumvent security measures or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Services.

5. Delivery of Products

Licensed products are delivered via secure download or email. Aeroview is not liable for delays beyond our control including natural disasters or technical failures.

6. Output Ownership

You retain ownership of any output created using Aeroview’s data, provided such use complies with these Terms.

7. Enhancements and Feedback

Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by Aeroview without restriction and will become Aeroview’s property.

8. Fees and Payment

Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Overdue accounts may incur 2% monthly interest (26.82% annually). NSF fees are $150 CAD.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our products are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties including fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Aeroview is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages;
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities;
• Any claim exceeding $1,000 CAD in direct damages.

11. Termination

We may terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop all use and return or delete licensed content.

12. Confidentiality

You agree not to disclose non-public information received from Aeroview without our written consent.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be subject to Ontario jurisdiction.

14. Severability

If any provision is deemed invalid, the rest of these Terms remain in effect.
